Orders through Rocket Frog are done via BierMi, an online beer-centric storefront that links directly to our business and handles the processing of orders and sends us notifications when an order has been made. Our site may redirect you to the BierMi site as you browse.
Payment is made using Stripe, a common option for payment processing. Stripe has been verified to be as secure as possible so your credit card information is safe, using AES-256 encryption.
We take pride in our beers and make every effort to deliver the freshest possible product directly to you. Every order placed before 3pm and submitted using ‘same day’ delivery will be delivered the same day. If, for some reason, we cannot make a delivery the same day a Rocket Frog representative will contact you at either your listed email address or phone number. Deliveries are subject to a $40 minimum order. You must be 21+ to recieve deliveries. Valid ID must be shown upon delivery or pickup for verification.
Refund Policy using BierMi:
Customers may request a refund before an order is out for delivery. For pickup orders, if you find you can no longer pick up your order you may also request a refund. If incorrect items are delivered to you, Rocket Frog will issue a refund for the incorrect items or attempt re-delivery the next day. In the case of damaged or incorrectly sized merchandise, Rocket Frog will replace or refund you. Refunds are typically issued within 24 hours of cancellation.
Once and order is placed, all sales of alcoholic beverages are final unless there is a technical issue with packaging, cracked growlers, pierced cans, etc. Merchandise may be returned if sizing doesn’t agree with you or the item is damaged in shipping or transit.
